The Kordan project, with an area of approximately 650 square meters, is formed in a calm and garden-like nature. The design is based on three separate volumes, each with an independent function and spatial character, but at the same time, they are connected to each other in a harmonious and integrated combination through precise connections and fluid intermediate spaces.

The house consists of three bedrooms, three living spaces and three courtyards and gardens at different heights; levels that gradually separate from the ground and create a variety of views and a sense of depth in the experience of moving through the space. This difference in levels and the continuous connection between inside and outside have turned the project into an architectural and living landscape.

Although the building volumes are structurally separate, in the design, the boundary between them has disappeared with the common language of materials, proportions and lighting, and a feeling of complete continuity has been created between the spaces.

The project is currently in the implementation phase and aims to create a house that simultaneously balances dynamism, tranquility, and a natural connection with the surrounding land and garden.
